In today’s training vlog, I take you through a variation of my “combat conditioning” hitt cardio workout that was recently featured in Inside Fitness Magazine. To complete this workout you will need (1) a sandbag; (2) a kettlebell; and (3) your backyard (or a beach if you’re fancy).
SANDBAGS: If you don’t want to have to “ghetto rig” your sandbag like I did, click here to get a legit one.
KETTLEBELLS: Click here to grab a durable and relatively inexpensive kettlebell.
PRO TIP: We joke around a lot on camera but regardless of your skin tone (fair, medium, dark, etc) be sure to always protect your skin when you’re out in the sun. Even if you have darker skin (like me) you can still burn and get sun damage (ask me how I know) – so these days I like to use an app called D-Minder, which tells me the optimal time I should spend in the sun to avoid overexposure… plus it helps optimize Vitamin D.
