Jamin Thompson – Inside Fitness Magazine Workout Feature

Growing up I was always super skinny, small, and weak…

…but I would constantly read the old school fitness mags n’ get really inspired and dream that one day I could be one of the super jacked “Superheroes” that I would always read about and looked up to back then.

Fast forward a few light years…and now I guess I’m that guy in the magazines, which is both cool and weird at the same time.

Now, being published, getting sponsored, having followers, etc; it’s all cool…but honestly the best thing about having a platform is that you have the ability to motivate and inspire others.

If you can inspire just one person you can change the world.

So to all of you kids out there with big dreams: never let anyone tell you that you’re too weak/slow/short/tall/dumb/etc to do something. You can do anything or be anything you want to be.

All you have to do is (1) work hard; (2) believe in yourself; and (3) never give up.
