Don’t Overthink It – Just Lift Bro
Before you decide to spend several hours Googling theories to help you win a comments battle on Instagram…or weeks pondering over a small scientific detail to your training or nutrition program read this:
In today’s fast-paced, data driven society, it can be easy to get caught up with studies, over complicated algorithms and “science” – especially which when it comes to lifting, nutrition and supplements…
…and this often leads to confusion, paralysis of analysis and ultimately, no progress at all.
It’s one thing to be able to quote a study to win a comments battle…or to create a regression model to prove X, Y or Z (you’re smart we get it)…
…but it’s another thing entirely to actually be the person squatting, benching, or dead-lifting heavy as fuck…
…or looking jacked as fuck because you just kept working hard day after day after day.
So fam…if you’re truly “one of the smart guys” you’ll know that math, physics, science, etc are all valuable tools and they definitely have their place – but the smartest and most efficient thing you can do to make gains is to just keep things simple and stick to the basics.
It really isn’t that complicated.
